About Court Classics

What is Court Classics?  
Court Classics is a Los‑Angeles‑based brand founded in 2024. The founder grew up playing basketball, moved to Southern California in 2018, and turned his passion into entrepreneurship. Court Classics celebrates basketball culture by crafting premium snapbacks that combine classic style with high‑quality materials and details. The mission is to support the basketball community by keeping hats affordable and accessible without sacrificing quality.

What makes our hats special?  

Each snapback is designed by basketball enthusiasts for fellow hoopers. Our Corduroy Snapback uses a classic low‑profile 5‑panel design and premium corduroy fabric for softness and durability. A Los‑Angeles‑inspired embroidered logo with basketball‑net details highlights the brand’s heritage. The adjustable snapback closure ensures a comfortable fit for most head sizes, and the unisex design pairs easily with streetwear, sportswear or everyday outfits.

How should I care for my hat?  

To keep your snapback looking fresh, hand‑wash it in cold water with a mild soap and allow it to air‑dry. Avoid machine washing or hot water to preserve the fabric and embroidery.

Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping? 
Yes — we offer **free economy shipping on U.S. orders**. Economy shipping arrives in 5‑8 business days. We also offer Standard Shipping (3‑4 business days) at a calculated rate.

Do you ship internationally?  
Yes! We ship worldwide. Rates and transit times vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient. Select your country and currency at checkout to see available options. Typical international delivery time ranges from 7‑21 business days.

What shipping options are available?  
• Economy Shipping (FREE) – 5‑8 business days.  
• Standard Shipping – 3‑4 business days (calculated at checkout).  
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders usually take 1‑2 business days to process before shipping.

Will I receive tracking information?  

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Are there shipping restrictions?  
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

What if my package is delayed? 
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, email **info@officialcourtclassics.com** and our team will help you locate your package.

Payments & Checkout

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay and other region‑specific methods. Choose your preferred payment option during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? 
We have a 14‑day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your hat to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

How do I start a return? 
Email info@officialcourtclassics.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to 30 North Gould Street Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

How are refunds processed?  
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit‑card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Can I exchange an item?  
To exchange a hat for a different color or style, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

What if my hat is defective or damaged?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you offer a cooling‑off period in the EU? 
Yes. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a 14‑day right to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging.

Sizing & Fit

What size are Court Classics hats?  
Our snapbacks feature an adjustable snapback closure to provide a customizable fit. This one‑size‑fits‑most design works for many head shapes and is suitable for men and women.

What materials are used in your hats? 
Our featured snapback uses premium corduroy fabric for softness and durability. It also features Los‑Angeles‑inspired embroidery with Court Classics branding.

How should I wash my hat?
